Music & Sound Design for Games

Hi!

I’m Max, a video game composer and sound designer.
I create atmospheric soundscapes for genres like sci-fi and horror —
and implement all audio using FMOD.

With every project, my main goal is to craft a believable sonic world
that immerses the player in the game.

About Me

In game audio, atmosphere is the key to immersion. My work as a composer and sound designer is all about creating a believable world through sound alone — to make the game feel as real as possible.

Using my own recordings, I create unique soundscapes to fit each project's mood. For a sci-fi horror game, I might use my analog synth to generate eerie textures that unsettle the player. For a post-apocalyptic metroidvania — record my electric guitar to convey a sense of loneliness.

To bring the game audio to life, I use FMOD to implement SFX and music, making the world respond to every player action.

In games, sound is just as important as the visuals. It guides players' emotions, provides feedback, and highlights crucial narrative beats. My goal is to blend all audio elements into a cohesive sonic palette, unique to each project.

Why Work with Me

Sounds from Scratch

Every project needs its own sonic identity — I build it using my own recordings and custom-made software instruments.

Analog Meets Digital

I play guitar, bass, keyboards, and synths, blending organic elements with digital sound design to create a complex musical palette.

Dynamic Game Audio

To make each game sound engaging over long play sessions, I design adaptive audio systems using FMOD — both for music and SFX.

Flat Pricing

I don’t charge by the hour. I offer a flat, up-front fee for the entire project, so you can plan out the audio budget and avoid unexpected costs.
